Here is an example of how to stack the deck at a healthcare townhall meeting. Rep. Kathy Castor (D-Fl) had her people lock the doors, sneak their supporters in early, pass out pro-ObamaCare fliers, and hand out pro-Obama signs.

Then the general public was let in to take the remaining few seats. Most constituents were left standing outside. She still got booed when she started talking about ObamaCare.
