So that's it. It's finished. Twinkies, Ding Dongs, and Wonder Bread are gone. Michelle never wanted us to have them in the first place. And now the bakers' union won't let workers accept an 8% pay cut that Hostess said it had to have for the business to break even. So the union would rather have all 18,500 employees lose their jobs.

That's what's happened. 18,500 people are out of work. And you and I will never have another Twinkie or Ding Dong. The next generation will never taste the goodness.

It is a very sad day.
