The annual United Nations Human Development Report rates countries by an index based on multiple factors that rate how desirable it is to live in that country. This year's report ranks Norway the world's most desirable country to live in. The top 15:

14. Austria
15. Spain

The United Kingdom ranks 21st, Germany 22nd, Uruguay 50th, Russia 71st. The bottom two: Afghanistan at 181st and Niger at 182nd.
