With LDS General Conference coming up this weekend, I thought it would be fun to post a few trivia questions.

Question #1: When did the Church first begin interpreting general conference and what were the first languages?

Answer: October 1961 in Dutch, German, Samoan, and Spanish.

Question #2: What and when was the earliest formal publishing effort of general conference addresses?

Answer: The Conference Report in April 1880.

Question #3: How far back do we have general conference addresses available on the conference section of LDS.org today?

Answer: 

• English has text, audio, and video back to 1971.
• Next 10 languages (Chinese-Mandarin, Chinese-Cantonese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish) have text back to 1990 and audio and video back to 2008.
• Other languages have text back to 2000 and audio and video back to 2008.

Question #4: How many tweets were sent about the last general conference?
