REVIEW: THE AMAZING SPIDERMAN 2 (GRADE: A-)
A few years ago Spider-man films were considered the best superhero movies around. They seemed to be the ones that everyone looked forward to the most. But today that doesn't seem to be the case any more. With Spider-man 3 living a bitter taste in many people's mouth, and with other superhero movies like the Avengers and Dark Knight getting better, people have seemed to moved on from Spidey. I've always been a big fan of the web crawler, but I will admit my interest for the character in film has been decreasing lately. When the trailers first started for this movie I was not super excited about it like I normally would be. But I'm glad to say that I think that this film will put Spider-man back towards the top again! Now it's far from perfect, but overall though it does a lot more things right than wrong, and the franchise is moving in the right direction.
