I will be out of town or catching up from being out of town the next couple of weeks.  The annual Child Neurology Society meeting is here and I am trying to procure employment as a true blue child neurologist no longer in training this summer.  I anticipate no posting for at least the next couple of weeks.  I will get back to writing as soon as my life slows down to its usual breakneck pace.
