Macaroni and Cheese.....it's an American Staple.  I didn't use the 'box' to make it either.  I purchased some "Cheese Sauce Mix" from Kitchen Kneads  (7579 S 1700 W in West Jordan, UT) and decided to give it a try.  It was easy, and the peanut gallery said it was good. 




Cook 1 and a half cups of dry noodles in boiling water



Pour in 1/4 Cup milk


1/4/ Cup Butter


1/4 Cup Cheese Sauce Mix


In retrospect, I didn't need to make the sauce in a separate pan.  I could have put it all into the pan with the hot, but drained noodles.
