The Church has created an official news site on the new LDS.org. You can access it directly at news.lds.org.

The Church News and Events page makes it easy to find official news of the Church online. Along with providing original content, Church News and Events brings together headlines from each of the Church’s official news sources, including the Public Affairs Newsroom (newsroom.lds.org), Church magazines (magazines.lds.org), Mormon Channel (MormonChannel.org), and Church News (ldschurchnews.com).

You can subscribe to Church News and Events via an RSS feed.

The current Around the Church site on LDS.org and its associated e-mail and RSS feed will no longer be updated beginning November 30, 2010, when LDS.org is replaced by the new.lds.org.

You can filter information on the Church News and Events page by topic. For example, if you want to see information about new Church materials, select Topic in the header and choose New Products to see news stories about new Church materials.
