The city park by my house has a lot of graffiti.  One gang has tagged an area with their name: “Loc’d Out Criminals.”  At first glance, though, it looks more like “LOL’d Out Criminals,” which, in my humble opinion, is a much better name for a gang. Filed under: Humor, Random
