(Previous entry) January 1910 Wed [Jan.] 12. We arranged our tickets, bought some white suits and left Suva for Samoa on board the steam ship Tofina. Thur [Jan.] 13 we stoped several hours in Latruka and enjoyed a bath in the Latruka baths. Sat. [Jan. 15] We were fortunate in that we had two Saturdays and on the second Saturday we landed in Samoa.
