hallelujah-virtual-choir-1

Calling all singers and choirs worldwide—now you can virtually join the Mormon Tabernacle Choir for an amazing rendition of Handel’s “Hallelujah Chorus.” You can download the music and submit a video of yourself singing. The submitted videos will be combined into a video that will be released on March 13, 2016, on the website FollowHim.mormon.org as part of the Church’s Easter initiative. (That website will become live March 13.)

It’s easy—watch the instructional video below, pick your part, and upload a video of yourself to YouTube. The deadline for submissions is Tuesday, March 1.

Three easy steps:

  1. Download sheet music for your part and watch a specific video.
  2. Record a video of yourself singing the part and upload it to YouTube, including #Hallelujah in the title of your video.
  3. Fill out and submit a form that grants permission to feature your video.

Download the music and get specific information at virtualchoir.mormon.org.

When sharing information about this, please use the hashtag #Hallelujah.
