This Sunday, the Church begins a new social media push for the Sabbath day initiative. The theme is “#HisDay is for the most important things.” The hope is that many members will post about why Sunday is more than just another day for them.
#HisDay is a gift to us. Share what you do with it.
Join in sharing. Help remind the world what the Lord’s day is all about. Share the good it brings to your life and the things you do to make it great each week. Make it heartfelt, make it joyful, make your voice heard. The simple things you share will inspire others.

Here are some ideas:
Snap a Photo. Capture an uplifting moment, a weekly tradition, the people and places you appreciate on the Sabbath.
Share a Bright Idea. Got a great idea for a Sabbath activity? A suggestion for how to prepare for Sunday? Tell us.
Tell a Story. Blog about an experience. Write an essay. Tweet a thought. Share your memorable moments and lessons learned.
Hit Record. Record a favorite song or write your own. Capture a moment on video. Get creative and use your special talents.
Get Social. Post on social media with #HisDay
The Church will monitor the hashtag #HisDay and highlight many of your great contributions for the world to see.
