The first 8 chapters of volume 2 of Saints: No Unhallowed Hand will be available to read before the full book is published in February 2020. Chapter 1 is now online at saints.ChurchofJesusChrist.org, in the Gospel Library app, and in the July issue of the Ensign and Liahona in 47 languages. More chapters will be released monthly until February 2020, when the volume will be available in print and digitally in 14 languages.

Volume 2 covers Church history from 1846 through 1893, narrating the Saints’ expulsion from Nauvoo, their challenges in gathering to the western United States, and their efforts to settle Utah’s Wasatch Front. It concludes with the dedication of the Salt Lake Temple.
