Every third household in the Church has a person with some kind of disability.
Do we welcome them enough at church? Church should be a safe, welcoming place for anyone who wants to attend and worship.
Watch the video “Two Purposes: Accepting and Including People with Disabilities.” It explains that every Church building has doors that can let people in or keep them out.
The Church produced this video in collaboration with the Catholic Diocese of Salt Lake City, the Congregation Kol Ami for all our people, and the Vanderbilt Kennedy Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities—Disabilities, Religion, and Spirituality Program.
God loves all His children! And so should we.
