FamilySearch now uses state-of-the-art handwriting recognition and artificial intelligence to index billions of historical records so you can find your ancestors. A volunteer experience called Get Involved lets you quickly verify that this technology has interpreted the handwriting correctly.
Now you can volunteer just a few minutes of your time using your mobile phone or laptop. Using Get Involved, you can simply look at images of handwritten names that the computer isn’t sure about, and help correct them. You can do this conveniently whenever you have just a few minutes to spare.
You can participate and make a difference now at FamilySearch.org/GetInvolved.
