The Church’s self-reliance manual, Finding Strength in the Lord: Emotional Resilience can help you build emotional resilience, develop healthy thinking patterns, manage stress and anxiety, understand sadness and depression, overcome anger, and build healthy relationships. The manual is now available in 30 languages.

The 10-week course is one of the family of self-reliance courses. Learn more about the Church’s self-reliance courses.
