The Church has announced a new service missionary opportunity for members of the Church ages 26 and older—to serve as an online institute teacher.
Beginning January 2025, online institute will provide BYU–Pathway Worldwide’s religion courses for an estimated 80,000 students worldwide and many more institute teachers are needed.
Since launching in 2009, BYU–Pathway Worldwide has continued to innovate to make its program even more affordable. It currently charges about half the price of a community college but offers even more discounts on top of that. Learn more about these opportunities in the article “Want to Serve a Mission From Home? Applying to Become an Online Institute Instructor
You can teach the gospel to students around the world from the comfort of your own home. The teaching opportunity requires a commitment of at least eight hours per week. Teachers may be single or married and must be temple worthy.
