Elder Clark G. Gilbert, the Commissioner of the Church Educational System, has written a letter to parents of youth ages 14 to 18 about using the Church Educational System to strengthen their faith in Jesus Christ.
- In high school, students can benefit from attending seminary, which now includes Life Preparation lessons. Some of these lessons are about education and how to succeed in school.
- As youth graduate from high school, he encourages them to attend institute. They may also attend Church schools, such as BYU, BYU–Idaho, BYU–Hawaii, Ensign College, and BYU–Pathway Worldwide.
He invites parents and youth to sign up to receive personalized information about the various CES schools and institute options by visiting CES.ChurchofJesusChrist.org.
