The Church has begun to publish an updated edition of the illustrated Doctrine and Covenants Stories to support the Come, Follow Me study of the Doctrine and Covenants and Church history in 2025.

The primary audience is children, although the book can be used by people of all ages, especially those who are beginning readers or are reading the book in a language other than their native language.

The Church first published the illustrated Doctrine and Covenants Stories 40 years ago. The updated edition has been revised with beautiful artwork and improved text.

It is available in the following formats:

• The illustrated online version is available in the Gospel Library in text in 24 languages and in video in 13 languages. Individual stories will continue to publish throughout 2025.
• The videos are also available on the Gospel for Kids YouTube channel in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French.
• The printed version will be published in mid-2025.
