For decades, Primary children donated pennies to help support the care of children at Primary Children’s Hospital in Utah. Beginning in 2025, Primaries worldwide are invited to participate in an annual service project where children can serve other children.
Service activities may be organized on a ward or stake level and should include children of all ages. The Primary presidency recommends that children be involved in organizing the service project and that they invite their friends, family and ward members to participate with them.
