Ward and stake clerks can find a wealth of how-to instructions in the Help Center on the Church’s website.

For example, clerks may find the following instructions helpful:

  • Records: How to submit recommendations for new bishops and stake presidency counselors and how to create “out-of-unit” records for members whose records do not reside in the ward. (For example, for a child of divorced parents or a YSA bishop.)

  • Expenses and Reimbursements: How to manage fast offering payments, set up a bank account, how to manage expense reports, and how to order supplies.
