The Lord wants everyone to understand the gospel in his or her own language (see Doctrine and Covenants 90:11). In stakes where members speak more than one native language, a member of the stake presidency may call a stake interpretation coordinator. A bishop may call ward interpreters. (See General Handbook, 29.9.)
