This year, the training is intended not just for leaders but also for parents, individuals, and families. The training is titled “Strengthening the Family and the Church Through the Priesthood.”

Unlike previous training meetings, this year’s worldwide leadership training will not be broadcast as a single event for ward and stake leaders. Instead, it is divided into 9 short video segments online at

Families are encouraged to watch the video segments in family home evening and other family settings. Ward councils and committees are encouraged to discuss how to implement the teachings on strengthening the family and the Church through the priesthood. The purpose is to help individuals and families strengthen their faith, testimony, and conversion to the gospel of Jesus Christ.

To learn more about the specific videos, read the article “Worldwide Leadership Training Will Focus on Families.”
