The Aaronic Priesthood is the priesthood of repentance.
The Aaronic Priesthood is also the priesthood of temporal welfare.

It occurs to me that these are both doing the same thing. Repentance is about second chances for your character. Church welfare is about second chances for getting back on your feet.

Repentance, in other words, is much broader than we usually think. All progress is repentance. Grace for everything.
