Yes. Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (sometimes called “Mormons”) recognize and celebrate Christmas, along with their Christian neighbors. They commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, and believe that he is the Savior of the World.

They believe that He was born of a virgin, Mary, in Bethlehem, that he taught the Gospel, that he took upon Himself the sins of the world, that he died on the cross, and was resurrected. Because of Him, all people can be saved.

At Christmas, Latter-day Saints recite the Christmas story from the Bible, enjoy singing Christmas carols, and hold special church meetings that focus on Jesus.
