Nearly one million teens and young adults are enrolled in Church Educational System colleges, universities, seminaries, and institutes. The following are the numbers for Fall 2024:
- 35,767 at BYU
- 22,904 at BYU-Idaho
- 2,907 at BYU-Hawaii
- 53,741 with BYU-Pathway
- 1,885 at Ensign College
- 811,758 in Seminaries and Institutes
These numbers represent an 18.3% increase from last year. The increased enrollment runs counter to the narrative that young people are turning away from faith. This is true not only for Latter-day Saint teens and young adults, but also for those of other faiths, who are flocking to Catholic, evangelical, and Jewish schools.
