Ethel Humphreys Banks, 30, originally of Cache County, Utah but living with husband Ben in the Tintic Mining District in 1919, died there of influenza and pneumonia 3 Jan 1919. She was married in the Logan Temple 1908. Ethel was buried at Salt Lake City.
