You need to sit back and contemplate the magnificence of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Then, consider that this is His Church.

Would He be happy with how you administer His Church and conduct yourself in His Church?

I wonder ...

I'm confident Heavenly Father is most pleased when:

If you are leadership

You constantly are accessing and keeping up-to-date on the General Handbook.

Always start a meeting on time.

Always have technical issues solved ahead of time. (The Church has stated many times and in many places that this facilitates the Spirit.)

Always coordinate for Church talks sufficiently ahead of time so that people have enough time to prepare. (Often people only have enough time to prepare a bad talk, not a good one.)

Carefully and conscientiously announce anything whether events or callings/releases.

Are conscientious about keeping the unit directory up-to-date.

Are conscientious about all record-keeping.

Are conscientious about assigning Ministering Brethren or Ministering Sisters.

Are conscientious about implementing new/recent programs and guidelines. (See Part 5: Local Leadership Corruption: Not Implementing Authorized Changes and/or Not Adopting New Initiatives)

Are conscientious about responding to the needs of members.

Are conscientiously accessing and following Church guidance for how your callings should be done. (It's ALL online!)

Are conscientious about how all the time devoted to worship is spent.

If you are a teacher

Are always starting on time.

Are spiritually preparing yourself to teach.

Are sufficiently preparing your lesson ahead of time.

Have technical issues solved ahead of time. (The Church has stated many times and in many places that this facilitates the Spirit.)

Are conscientious about Teaching in the Savior's Way!

If you are a member

Are showing up on time.

Are always reverent. This includes not talking to someone while something official is going on, especially Sacrament meeting or while a teacher is teaching.

Listen to, access, or follow official guidelines on everything.

Support others, especially leadership, in their callings.

Report necessary information, such as progress or lack of it, to leadership.

Are accessing and following Church guidance for how your callings should be done. (It's ALL online!)

Are conscientious about your callings.

Conclusion

None of us are perfect, but we can all do better, especially engaged in His work and concerning His Church!

Remember, you're on the Lord's time!
